About Me

Nice to meet you! I'm Maia Natanzon

I’m an educational psychologist with over 8 years of experience across customer experience, training, and learning design. I work with teams and customers to build learning that actually helps people do their jobs better — with more clarity, confidence, and impact.

I came to this work because I believe learning can transform performance when it’s designed with intention: not by adding more content, but by understanding how people think, feel, and behave at work.
